Mike is currently a Managing Partner at Congress Park Capital where he works to develop a tailored approach to asset management for each of his clients. He brings 30 years of corporate experience to the table, and attributes much of his early success to his first job with Proctor & Gamble and their world-renowned employee training programs in the 1980s. He moved over to Johnson & Johnson in 1998, was identified for their succession plan and took part in their Leadership Development Program. He received several promotions during his 15-year tenure with J&J.
In 2007, Mike was recruited by Zimmer Inc., a four billion dollar leader in the orthopedic device industry and joined their Executive Team as VP of US Sales. While with Zimmer, Mike orchestrated several major M&A strategies including the acquisition of Abbott Spin. He managed a two billion dollar US market; six Regional VP’s; four Area Directors, and a national sales team force of 2,200 regional managers plus their sales representatives.
A graduate of Gettysburg College, Mike is married to his wife of 24 years and the proud father of four daughters. He is active in the local community; a former board member/treasurer of the Saratoga Springs Figure Skating Club, current member of St. Peter’s church, and volunteer for many of his daughter’s sports team. He enjoys mountain biking and skiing in his spare time.
